Automated collection
None. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and keeps no server logs of its own. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you choose to send it to Beben Design.

Beben Design does not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
Cookies, storage & providers
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Two small values are stored by your own browser and never leave it: your light or dark theme preference, and your Sprite chat history for the current tab. Clearing your browsing data removes both.
Service providers
Running this site involves a small number of third parties. Each receives only what its function requires:
- GitHub Pages: hosts and serves the website.
- Formspree: delivers contact form submissions to the Beben Design inbox.
- Cloudflare Workers: relays messages sent to the Sprite chat assistant.
- Fireworks AI: generates Sprite's replies from the message you send it.
- Your browser's speech service: if you use Sprite's microphone button, your browser may send that audio to its own vendor for transcription. The button is optional.
The typefaces are served from this site, not from a third-party font service.
Note: these providers operate outside Kenya, primarily in the United States. Where personal data reaches them it is transferred abroad under Section 48 of the Data Protection Act, and Beben Design relies on the safeguards those providers contractually offer.
Your rights, retention & transfers
Data subject rights
Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data Beben Design holds about you.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing.
- Objection: object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
- Portability: request transfer of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner if you believe your data rights have been violated.
Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Contact information is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus twenty-four (24) months. Project data is retained for thirty-six (36) months after project completion.
Cross-border transfers
Personal data is transferred outside Kenya in the ordinary course of running this website: the hosting, form delivery, chat relay and font providers listed in this Privacy Policy operate primarily in the United States. Beben Design ensures adequate safeguards are in place as required by Section 48 of the Data Protection Act, relying on the contractual protections those providers offer.
